In his first season in Buffalo, Hauschka connected on 29 of 33 FG attempts and all 29 of his PATs. He was seven of nine from beyond 50 yards with a long kick of 56 yards. Hauschka was one of the leagues most productive kickers from 201-16 with Seattle. He has not missed a single game in the last seven seasons. He boasts a career 87-percent accuracy rate on field goals and is 23 of 33 (69.7 percent) from 50-plus yards. The Bills were one of the more pleasant surprises of 2017, finishing 9-7 and earning a wild-card berth.
Hauschka missed 10 combined PATs in 2015 and 2016. After trading Tyrod Taylor to Cleveland, Buffalo could struggle offensively, especially earlier in the season.
In 2017, Hauschka seemed to get past his PAT issues of the previous two seasons. His accuracy is better than most and he has enough leg for the less-than-ideal climate in Buffalo. The biggest concern, fantasy-wise, is the Buffalo offense and the number of opportunities Hauschka will have.
