Boom

The 31-year-old Decker made a number of team visits during the offseason and figures to land somewhere before training camps open. He had both double-digit touchdowns and 1,000-plus receiving yards in 2012, 2013 and 2015. And as disappointing as his 2017 season was, he still led the Titans’ wide receivers in receptions.

Bust

Decker played only three games in 2016 due to hip and shoulder injuries, and last year he was uncharacteristically unproductive, reaching the end zone only once and averaging a career-low 10.4 yards per catch. Decker had hip surgery in the fall of 2016, and it’s possible he’ll never be the same player he was before the injury. The lack of immediate interest in Decker when he hit the free-agent market may be a bad sign.

Bottom Line

Once among the league’s most productive wide receivers, Decker is coming off a disappointing campaign and for fantasy purposes he’s probably more of a waiver-wire possibility at this point than a draftable asset.
