Strong Points: Great size and play strength. Productive when healthy. Instinctive runner -- sees the cutback lanes. Dominated Division II competition in 2018 with school record 1,714 rushing yards. Physical runner with good after-contact skills. Catches the ball cleanly and gets upfield.

Weak Points: Played at a low level of comp. Injury and academic problems at Delaware prior to transferring to Slippery Rock for his final season. Looked a step slower at Slippery Rock than he did at Delaware. Blocking requires work. Is he accountable? How strong is his football character?

The Way We See It: Hills started out at FCS Delaware, where he flashed but also had injuries every year and some academic problems. He was forced to transfer for the 2018 season because he was academically ineligible. He stayed healthy and had a big year at Slippery Rock, dominating the D-II level, but he didn't look quite as fast or explosive. Hills has some good natural traits -- including size, quickness, vision and hands. He shows strong cutback skills, always runs with good lean and is a consistent after-contact back. Interviews and workouts will be important for Hills, whose trustworthiness and commitment to being a good player require examination. The talent is there; is the attitude?
