Strong Points: Tough and competi-tive. Strong leader. Quick, tight delivery. Moves around in the pocket and escapes pass rushers. Very good athlete who consistently makes plays with his feet. Good arm strength. Good with the shorter throws. Strong intangibles.

Weak Points: Size -- barely over 6-foot. Only one season (2017) in which he completed better than 60 percent of his throws. Career 59-percent passer, and that number fell to 53 last season. Inaccurate downfield thrower.

The Way We See It: McSorley is a strong leader with smarts and competitiveness, but he's undersized and inaccurate. Still, he makes plays. McSorley is at his best as a short-to-mid-range passer. On the deeper throws, he shows arm strength but not consistent accuracy. He has a good pocket feel for pass rushers and keeps plays alive. Effective throwing on the run and a threat with his legs. His ceiling appears to be a good NFL backup. Day 3 pick with some upside.
