Strong Points: Productive -- Nebraska's all-time leading receiver. Good size. Quick and athletic. Sharp route runner who finds the open seams in zone and works to uncover vs. man. Sure hands and adjusts to the ball well. Good run-after-catch skills.
Weak Points: The main concern is speed -- he plays like a guy who will run in the high 4.5s or low 4.6s and doesn't scare anyone deep. Inconsistent separator.
The Way We See It: He is not the son of the great former Patriots receiver by the same name, but Morgan is pretty good in his own right. He will be a possession receiver in the NFL because of his hands, receiving radius and separation skills on shorter stuff. He won't be a NFL field stretcher, which could hurt his playtime outlook. There are guys with similar skills playing in the league. Morgan must land in the right situation and also prove he can play on special teams. But he'll be a late pick with a chance.
