Strong Points: Good size and length. Athletic with fluid hips and a quick pedal. Adequate speed. Best in press man, where he gets in opponents' hip pocket. Strong run-support player. Flashes top ball skills and hands.

Weak Points: Missed all but one game of the 2017 season with a pectoral injury. Suspended for 2018 finale for fraternizing with the opponent's cheerleaders during warmups. Makes some mental mistakes on the field. Lacks great catch-up speed after he's beaten. Gives too much cushion in off coverage.

The Way We See It: Based on his inconsistent tape, Pulley's decision to declare wasn't wise. But he landed in his coach's dog house and returning in 2019 was out of the question. Pulley is talented and has upside, but he is raw. He's too loose in off and at times overaggressive in press, leading to penalties. Pulley flashes eventual starter traits but must play smarter and more consistently. His workout will be important, but I currently project him as an early Day 3 pick.
