- BProjectionRound 4
Strong Points: Speed and quickness. Productive. Punt and kickoff return experience. Very quick at the top of his routes, exploding out of cuts to create separation. Quick burst after the catch to pull away from defenders. Good runner after the catch. Tough and competitive. Really long arms for a short guy.
Weak Points: Size. Small hands (8 7/8"). Inconsistent catching the ball. Limited receiving radius. Hart has juice but not great route-running skills. Must add strength. Plays at a lower level of competition.
The Way We See It: An interesting small-school player, Hart is not very big, but he has long arms that help him play a little taller than he measures. Though he has good speed, he's quicker than fast -- and that allows him to consistently get separation when running routes despite lacking precision. His hands are above average, but Hart will commit some drops and make body catches. With his burst and quickness, he's big-time playmaking potential in space. Hart is a good kick returner, allowing him to dress on Sundays early in his career while his route running develops. Comparable to Bears WR Taylor Gabriel coming out of college but perhaps not quite as fast, Hart will be a Day 3 pick with a chance.
