Strong Points: Size. Ball skills. Zone awareness. Two-year starter.

Weak Points: Doesn't play to size -- lacks strength and pop. Average speed and range. Takes bad angles at times. Only adequate in run support. Minimal man experience.

The Way We See It: Some underclassmen in this draft are so good that they jump out on tape. Bell is not one of them. He was a solid college football player, but there is no special to his game. He lacks playmaking and hitting ability, despite his size and speed. He would have been better served going back to school. Bell might have just enough to make a team as a backup, but he must get stronger and more physical. Other than his natural size, Bell lacks strong traits.
