Strong Points: Three-year starter who played guard and tackle. Athletic -- light on his feet, runs well and solid space blocker. Pulls to the second level with ease. Team captain. Alert and aware -- makes line calls and proper adjustments.

Weak Points: Marginal size and likely maxed out -- won't get much bigger. Short arms. Gets overpowered at times. Injured his knee in Game 1 of 2017, missing remainder of the season.

The Way We See It: A team captain and three-year starter -- mostly at center -- Baker played guard in 2015 before being moved to the middle. He is a smart, heady blocker who flashes athleticism in space. A hard worker and competitor, he gets the most out of his ability but is limited, namely by size and growth potential. But there are guys like Baker playing in the league who get by on their intelligence, instincts and technique. Baker needs to get stronger, but I won't count him out. He can be a versatile backup with interior swing potential.
