Strong Points: Very smooth athlete with great flexibility, especially in his lower body. Quick and sudden, with agility of a much shorter guy. Good speed and burst. Shows very solid footwork in coverage with a quick transition. Plays press, man and off. Good ball reactions and dependable hands.

Weak Points: Small and narrow frame. Really thin in the lower body. Limited growth potential. Willing in run support but slow to shed, not physical and misses some tackles. Must get stronger.

The Way We See It: Baity Jr. is another tall, man cover corner in this draft, with two-and-a-half years of starting experience and strong production. He is a very adept cover guy because of his footwork, mirror ability and ball skills. Can play press, off or zone. Although he lacks strength and a strong jam, he stays with most receivers in press with his technique and competitiveness. He is very sudden in transition, but strength deficient in run support, where he struggles to shed and is merely average as a tackler. Baity's effort isn't a problem; he just lacks a strong wrap. It will be interesting to see where he gets selected. Teams want tall corners, and Baity can really cover. He'll be an eventual starter in the right situation.
