Strong Points: Strong leg -- easily has range out to 55 yards. Accurate -- 29-of-33 field goals last season. Missed only two attempts two seasons ago at Assumption. Good with kickoffs. Solid get-off. 7-of-10 from more than 50 yards in his career.

Weak Points: Only one year of major college competition after transferring from D-II. Average height on kicks.

The Way We See It: The best placekicker in college football last season, Tracy was a graduate transfer from D-II Assumption College. He was very accurate wherever he kicked in college, with a long of 54 yards but range extending a bit farther. Tracy must adjust to kicking the new, harder NFL footballs, which are much different than college kicking balls. His workouts will be important.
