Cook, Jared (TE)
Cook's familiarity with coach Jeff Fisher made the free agent tight end a natural fit with the St. Louis Rams.
The 6-foot-5, 248-pound Cook, who got a five-year, $35.1 million contract, played his first two seasons in Tennessee under Fisher.

Bradford, Sam (QB)
Bradford completed 13 of 27 passes for 196 yards, one interception and no sacks in Sunday's 28-13 win over the Bucs.
The no sacks ended a stretch in which the St. Louis quarterback was sacked in a league-high 30 consecutive games. His next game at Seattle figures to be difficult so fantasy owners probably want to bench him, if possible.

Bradford went 35 of 55 for a career-high 377 yards while matching another career high with three touchdowns on Sunday against the Vikings.
Bradford has an 83.3 passer rating this season, the best of his three-year career.

Cook, Jared (TE)
Cook has a torn right rotator cuff and coach Mike Munchak says Cook will be placed on injured reserve for the final three games. Cook caught an 18-yard touchdown pass on the opening drive in Sunday's 27-23 loss to Indianapolis. But he hurt his shoulder catching a screen pass late in the third quarter.
The tight end ranks second with 44 catches and has 523 yards receiving. He will become the 15th player on injured reserve, and Munchak called it unfortunate. Cook says the season-ending injury is a tough blow. He was honored Monday as the Titans' community man of the year for raising money for breast cancer research and exams in honor of his mother, Yulinda, a breast cancer survivor.

Long, Jake (T)
Long was placed on injured reserve Tuesday by the Miami Dolphins because of a left triceps injury, ending his season and perhaps his tenure with the team.
The perennial Pro Bowl pick and No. 1 overall choice in the 2008 draft was hurt in Sunday's loss to New England. Long might have played his final game for Miami because he can become an unrestricted free agent this winter. Long would receive $15.4 million next year if the Dolphins give him a franchise tag, and that's likely more than Miami will be willing to spend. He has battled injuries for much of his career and had a disappointing season.
