Johnson was arrested on a misdemeanor driving under the influence charge in Missoula, where he played college football for the University of Montana.
Missoula County jail records indicate Johnson was booked into jail at 3:05 a.m. Friday and released about an hour later after posting a $700 bond. He was scheduled to make an initial appearance in Municipal Court sometime Friday. Police Detective Travis Welsh tells KECI-TV that Johnson was pulled over shortly after 2 a.m. for driving without his headlights. He refused a breath test.

The St. Louis Rams have upgraded their offense by reaching a five-year deal with Cook.
The team said on its website Tuesday night that the Rams outbid Miami for the 25-year-old Cook, who played for St. Louis coach Jeff Fisher in Tennessee. The Titans drafted Cook in the third round in 2009.
