Acho spent his entire rookie season on injured reserve after injuring his knee. The Browns selected the former Texas linebacker in the sixth round last year.

The Eagles have acquired wide receiver Arrelious Benn and a seventh-round pick from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for Philadelphia's sixth-round choice this year and a conditional draft pick in 2014.
Benn, a second-round selection (39th overall) by the Buccaneers in 2010, has 59 receptions for 862 yards and five touchdowns in three seasons. He led the Buccaneers with 13 kickoff returns for 306 yards in only eight games last year before a knee injury ended his season. In 2011, Benn had career highs in catches (30), yards receiving (441) and touchdowns (3).

Williams, Cary (CB)

Posted March 14, 2013 @ 4:31 p.m.
The Philadelphia Eagles have signed Williams.
Williams agreed to a three-year deal, and is coming off a big season with the Super Bowl-champion Baltimore Ravens. He started all 16 games, posting four interceptions and 67 tackles. A seventh-round pick of the Tennessee Titans in 2008, Williams joined the Ravens in 2009 and earned a starting role in 2011. The 28-year-old Williams has started all 32 games for Baltimore since 2011.

Phillips, Kenny (S)

Posted March 14, 2013 @ 4:31 p.m.
The Philadelphia Eagles have signed Phillips.
Phillips comes to Philadelphia after five seasons with the rival New York Giants. A first-round selection of the Giants in 2008, the 26-year-old Phillips had four interceptions and 72 tackles in 2011, as New York won the Super Bowl. A former Miami Hurricane, Phillips has battled knee injuries throughout his career.

Kinne, G.J. (QB)

Posted March 05, 2013 @ 3:01 p.m.
The Philadelphia Eagles have signed Kinne to a two-year contract.
Kinne played three seasons at Tulsa and signed as a rookie free agent with the New York Jets last year before being released in June. He played briefly in the UFL and Arena Football league. He was coached by Eagles offensive quality control coach Press Taylor. Kinne is the second quarterback signed by Philadelphia this offseason. The team also signed Dennis Dixon off Baltimore's practice squad.

Foles, Nick (QB)

Posted Feb. 15, 2013 @ 2:29 p.m.
Despite restructuring Michael Vick's contract and signing Dennis Dixon, the Philadelphia Eagles aren't shopping Foles and would want a first- or second-round pick to even consider it, a person familiar with the team's plans told The Associated Press on Friday.
The person, speaking on condition of anonymity because the Eagles won't publicly discuss trade rumors, said new coach Chip Kelly and the front-office brass "haven't discussed trading Foles with any team." Foles was selected in the third round with the 88th overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft. The Eagles "absolutely" rate his value higher than that because of his success as a rookie, the person said.

Dixon, Dennis (QB)

Posted Feb. 14, 2013 @ 5:37 p.m.
The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed on a two-year contract with quarterback Dennis Dixon, who spent the past season with the Super Bowl-champion Baltimore Ravens on their practice squad. The move, announced Thursday, comes three days after the Eagles restructured Michael Vick's contract, bringing him back to compete with Nick Foles for the starting job.
The 28-year-old Dixon had a standout career at Oregon when Chip Kelly was Ducks offensive coordinator. Kelly replaced Andy Reid as Eagles coach after leading Oregon to a 46-7 mark the past four years. A fifth-round pick by Pittsburgh in 2008, Dixon has started three NFL games in five seasons. He has 402 yards passing and one touchdown on 35 for 49 passing. He's also rushed for 56 yards and one score.

Vick, Michael (QB)

Posted Feb. 11, 2013 @ 11:55 a.m.
Vick, who was slated to earn $16 million next season, has agreed to a restructured deal with the Philadelphia Eagles. The quarterback, who was injured and inconsistent last season, eventually giving way to rookie Nick Foles, now has a three-year contract, and will compete with Foles to see who runs new coach Chip Kelly's offense this season.
Vick, who returned to start the season finale against the New York Giants in December because Foles was injured, finished the season with 2,362 yards passing, 12 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. The Eagles finished 4-12 and in last place in the NFC East. Andy Reid was fired as coach the day after the season ended, and Kelly was hired last month. Vick, who will be 33 when next season begins, seems equipped to run Kelly's aggressive, up-tempo offense.

Barbre, Allen (T)

Posted Jan. 15, 2013 @ 2:06 p.m.
The Philadelphia Eagles have signed tackle Allen Barbre. Barbre, 6-foot-4 and 305 pounds, has played in 32 games in six seasons with Green Bay, Miami and Seattle. A fourth-round pick by the Packers in 2007, Barbre has made seven career starts.
Barbre was released by the Seahawks on Oct. 1. He will report to a new coach that has not been named yet for Philly.
