Jones has agreed to a two-year contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Jones played for Philadelphia last season after spending the first five years of his career with the Cleveland Browns. He started nine games with the Eagles, finishing with 72 tackles, one sack and two interceptions. Jones was a second-round draft pick of the Browns in 2004. He has been a full-time starter since 2006, and his 16 interceptions over the past four seasons are tied for fourth among safeties.
Brown, Reggie (WR)

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have acquired Brown from the Philadelphia Eagles for a sixth-round pick in the 2011 draft.
The 29-year-old Brown has 177 career receptions and 17 touchdowns. Brown was selected third in the second round of the 2005 draft after playing four years at the University of Georgia.
Phillips, Jermaine (S)

Phillips has been arrested and charged with trying to choke his wife during an argument. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said in a press release that Phillips was charged with domestic battery by strangulation. Jail records indicated he is scheduled to be released on his own recognizance Monday.
Authorities say Phillips' wife called 911 early Sunday morning and told dispatchers that her husband had grabbed her around the neck. She said she had confronted Phillips about a number she found in his cell phone. Sheriff's officials say the couple argued, and Phillips then grabbed his wife's neck. The Buccaneers said in a statement that the team was closely monitor the situation.
Winslow, Kellen (TE)

Winslow had five catches for 56 yards Sunday in a 20-10 loss to Atlanta.
Winslow's teams are 20-40 in his career. He had 884 yards receiving and five TD receptions in 2009 for Tampa Bay.
Williams, Carnell (RB)

Williams carried 19 times for 40 yards Sunday in a 20-10 loss to Atlanta. He also caught four passes for 35 yards.
Williams' longest run was nine yards. He finished with 821 for the season - his highest total since his rookie year in Tampa Bay.
