Choice, who was a free agent, enters his sixth NFL season. Buffalo claimed him off waivers in late November 2011. He had 47 carries for 193 yards and a touchdown in 12 games last season playing behind starters C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson.

Kolb has arrived in Buffalo to officially sign his two-year contract with the Bills. The Bills announced the signing Monday, a little over a week after the free agent agreed to a two-year contract potentially worth more than $12 million.
The sixth-year player spent the past two seasons in Arizona, where injuries hampered his opportunity to prove himself as a starter. He was cut by the Cardinals last month in a salary-cap saving move. The Buffalo Bills began addressing their needs at linebacker by signing free-agent Manny Lawson to a four-year contract. The Bills announced the move Wednesday, a day after the NFL's free agency period opened. A person familiar with the contract provided the length of the deal, and spoke on the condition of anonymity because the Bills did not reveal the terms.
Listed at 6-foot-5 and 240 pounds, Lawson played the past two seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals. He spent his first five seasons with San Francisco, after the 49ers selected him in the first round in the draft. Lawson had 47 tackles and two sacks in 16 games, including 10 starts, last season. Overall, he has 18 sacks, two interceptions and seven forced fumbles in starting 81 of 96 career games.

Linebacker Bryan Scott says he's signed a one-year contract to remain with the Buffalo Bills, and forego the chance to become an unrestricted free agent next week. Scott first announced the signing on his Twitter account Wednesday. He confirmed it to The Associated Press by phone from his offseason home in Atlanta.

Byrd isn't required to accept the offer, and he's also not prevented from negotiating with other teams. The Bills, however, will have the right to match any offers made to Byrd.
