Scott, Bernard (RB)
The Bengals have re-signed reserve running back Bernard Scott, who missed all but two games last season because of injuries.
The sixth-round draft pick from 2009 has started three games during his four seasons in Cincinnati. Last year, he suffered a hand injury during preseason, then an ankle injury that resulted in him going on the injured reserve list on Oct. 8. He carried eight times for 35 yards in his two games.

Pollak, Mike (G)
The Bengals signed Pollak, who was an unrestricted free agent.
Pollak is a sixth-year veteran out of Arizona State, and has played in 59 NFL games, with 41 starts. Pollak entered the NFL in 2008 as a second-round draft choice of the Indianapolis Colts. He signed as an unrestricted free agent with the Carolina Panthers last season.

Skelton, John (QB)
The Bengals have acquired quarterback John Skelton off waivers from Arizona to compete for the job backing up Andy Dalton.
Skelton was a fifth-round pick from Fordham in 2010 who started 17 games in three seasons, including six last year. He has completed 53 percent of his passes for 3,707 yards with 15 touchdowns and 25 interceptions.

Skelton, John (QB)
The Arizona Cardinals have released quarterback John Skelton, who started 17 games for the team over the past three seasons. The move on Monday came amid reports the team was trying to work out a trade to bring quarterback Carson Palmer from Oakland.
Skelton beat out Kevin Kolb for the starting job under then-coach Ken Whisenhunt in training camp last season. He was hurt in the opener and Kolb took over.

Tate, Brandon (WR)
The Bengals have reached deals with two more of their unrestricted free agents, cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones and Tate.
That makes five free agents on defense and six on offense or special teams that have decided to stay with Cincinnati. The Bengals' only notable signing from outside the team has been backup quarterback Josh Johnson, who will compete for the job that opened when Bruce Gradkowski signed with Pittsburgh as a free agent.
