San Francisco 49ers cornerback Tramaine Brock has signed his one-year tender. The team announced Monday that Brock had signed the contract he had been previously offered.
Brock had 16 tackles and a forced fumble last season for the NFC champions, who lost 34-31 to the Baltimore Ravens in the Super Bowl. He also shared the team lead with 15 tackles on special teams. Brock joined the 49ers as an undrafted rookie free agent in 2010. In 2011, he made two interceptions in 11 games.

A person with knowledge of the contract says Davis and the San Francisco 49ers have agreed on a five-year extension through the 2019 season worth more than $37 million.
The person spoke on condition of anonymity to The Associated Press on Friday because the team had yet to announce the deal. The contract totals $37.295 million, with $17 million guaranteed. The 23-year-old tackle has started 16 games in each of his first three years. He helped the 49ers win consecutive NFC West titles and reach the Super Bowl last season - a 34-31 loss to Baltimore.

Asomugha has reached agreement on a one-year contract with the San Francisco 49ers that could pay him as much as $3 million this year.
The former All-Pro was released by the Philadelphia Eagles on March 12 after two disappointing seasons - and now he is ready to help the 49ers return to the Super Bowl and win after losing 34-31 to the Ravens on Feb. 3 in New Orleans.

McCoy's trade to the San Francisco 49ers has been finalized after the quarterback passed a physical Tuesday.
McCoy showed up in Cleveland on Monday for the start of offseason conditioning only to learn he was headed West to play for ex-NFL quarterback Jim Harbaugh and the two-time reigning NFC West champion Niners. San Francisco is sending a pair of undisclosed draft picks to the Browns.

McBath is the second safety added by Super Bowl runner-up San Francisco since the start of free agency. The NFC champion Niners signed Craig Dahl to a three-year contract Saturday, another move to help fill the void left when Dashon Goldson received a five-year deal from Tampa Bay last week.

The San Francisco 49ers have found their new kicker to replace David Akers, signing Browns veteran free agent Phil Dawson to a one-year contract.
The Pro Bowl kicker announced earlier Tuesday via Twitter that he had joined the NFC champion Niners, who parted ways with the six-time Pro Bowler Akers on March 6 following a season in which he made only 29 of 42 attempts a year after he kicked an NFL single-season record 44 field goals.

Moore is coming home to the West Coast and his native Northern California, with a chance to contribute to the San Francisco 49ers team he grew up watching. The NFC champion Niners added depth to their new-look receiving group by signing the wideout to a one-year contract Tuesday.
Moore played college football at Fresno State, wrapping up his career with 90 receptions for 1,374 yards and 10 touchdowns.

A person with knowledge of the negotiations says Haralson has restructured his contract with the San Francisco 49ers in a move that saves the team space under the salary cap.
Haralson was already signed through the 2013 season, meaning he reworked his current deal with the two-time defending NFC West champion Niners. The person spoke on condition of anonymity to The Associated Press on Monday because the team doesn't formally announce restructured contracts. The 29-year-old Haralson missed the entire 2012 season for the 49ers with a torn left triceps muscle.

The San Francisco 49ers have signed safety Craig Dahl to a three-year contract, finding a replacement in the secondary after Dashon Goldson received a five-year deal from Tampa Bay.
The 27-year-old Dahl spent the past four seasons with the St. Louis Rams and had 78 tackles and an interception in 2012.
