Five Patriots rookies failed their physicals on Thursday, according to Howard Balzer of the Sports Xchange, including seventh-round WR Jeremy Ebert.

Ebert was placed on the active/physically-unable-to-perform list. ESPN Boston reported that Ebert was slowed in minicamp with a leg injury.

Undrafted rookies DE Justin Francis, WR Matt Roark, OL Jeremiah Warren and OL Markus Zusevics also failed physicals. They were placed on the active/non-football injury list.

Players on these lists can be removed at any time before the start of the regular season.
