The Raiders named Steve Hoffman as the team's special-teams coordinator.

Hoffman spent the past three seasons as the Chiefs' special-teams coordinator. He has 21 seasons of experience as an NFL assistant, including 16 with the Cowboys.

Hoffman joins Dennis Allen's staff in Oakland that made multiple hires on Thursday.
