Had a standout Texas prep career with 50 rushing touchdowns, 25 passing touchdowns and 11 interceptions as a cornerback. Played in all 12 games in ’08 as a true freshman, starting against Louisiana-Monroe, and posted 28 tackles, two pass breakups and zero interceptions with two tackles for loss. In ’09, saw action in nine games with four starts and registered 32-0-3 with one tackle for loss and one forced fumble despite missing four games. Had a 37-yard touchdown return for a touchdown in the Liberty Bowl against East Carolina. Started all 13 contests in ’10, logging 83-5-4 with five tackles for loss, one sack, four forced fumbles and a blocked kick. Appeared in all 13 games in '11, making 11 starts at safety, and was the Razorback's second-leading tackler with 91-6-5 with 2 1/2 tackles for loss and one forced fumble.
