Notes: Also played linebacker and was a state championship wrestler as a Pennsylvania prep. Was named the Patriot League Rookie of the Year in 2008 after rushing 172 times for 932 yards (5.4-yard average) and 10 touchdowns and catching three passes for 28 yards (9.3-yard average) and zero TDs in 12 games (three starts). Also played linebacker, recording 10 tackles, one tackle for loss and one sack. Was moved from linebacker to running back during the Cornell game and rushed for 241 yards in two quarters after making three tackles and a sack. In ’09, started eight games and produced 187-919-16 (4.9) rushing and 2-14-0 (7.0). Missed three games and was not 100 percent all season after suffering a broken rib in the season opener. Earned first-team AP All-America and league Offensive Player of the Year honors in ’10 after rushing 317-1,871-21 (5.9) and 18-168-1 (9.3) receiving in 11 starts. Led the FCS in rushing with 170.1 yards per game.
