Saw action in eight contests as a backup in ’09, catching one pass for three yards and no touchdowns. Played in all 13 games in ’10 and caught 9-154-0 (17.1). Grabbed 8-95-2 (11.9) in 12 games including starts in the first three contests at tight end in ’11. Did not participate in the Insight Bowl because of a sprained foot.

Raw, height-weight-speed prospect whose makeup and feel for the game do not run parallel with his unique athletic ability. Workout numbers will earn him a look as a developmental H-back/“move” tight end, but he failed to ascend as a senior with increased opportunity.
