The Atlanta Falcons have agreed to terms with Moore on a five-year contract.||||||| Moore was a Pro Bowl alternate with Atlanta last season, when he had four interceptions and 105 tackles. He was one of the top names on the team's list of unrestricted free agents.

Moore said he was fined by the league $7,500 for a hit on Tampa Bay's Earnest Graham.||||||| “It was called a late hit,” Falcons coach Mike Smith told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “Again, whether he was a defenseless player, that will be something that I’m sure the League will determine but that was a personal foul, late-hit penalty is what they called it, not helmet-to-helmet.”
