Veterans RB Larry Johnson and CB Will Allen were among the cuts made by the Dolphins on Saturday.

Allen spent the last three seasons in Pittsburgh after six in Tampa Bay. He has started 33 of his 130 NFL games with 238 tackles, four interceptions and 11 pass breakups.
Allen suffered a concussion in Monday's game.|||||||
Allen has been used mostly on special teams and was a reserve safety.

Allen has played all six of his NFL seasons with Tampa Bay after being drafted in the fourth round in 2004. Allen made two starts in 2009 before being placed on injured reserve after Week 9. He also is a strong special teams player.
