Thurmond is done for the season with a broken fibula and ankle injury.||||||| Thurmond suffered the fracture when he broke up a pass in the second quarter of Sunday's 6-3 loss to Cleveland and was landed on. He also suffered a high ankle sprain, but the extent of that injury wasn't known until Monday when it was found that Thurmond suffered significant ligament damaged that will require surgery later this week. Rookie Richard Sherman will move into the starting lineup in Thurmond's spot.

Thurmond is about to get quite the indoctrination to starting in the NFL: Larry Fitzgerald.||||||| Thurmond, Seattle's rookie cornerback, is likely to get the start Sunday when Seattle hosts Arizona in a matchup with first place in the NFC West at stake. Starting cornerback Kelly Jennings was listed Friday as questionable on Seattle's final injury report so Thurmond should get the start.
