Shiancoe has left the game with a leg injury, and his return is questionable. He was hurt early in the third quarter on Sunday against Detroit. Team trainers were working on the back of his right leg, in the hamstring area.||||||| With the passing attack struggling, the Vikings can't afford to lose Shiancoe for a long time. He had 10 catches for 162 yards and a touchdown in their first two games, accounting for more than 40 percent of their passing production.

Shiancoe had six catches for 86 yards in the Vikings' 14-10 loss to Miami in Sunday's home opener.||||||| It was another strong day for Shiancoe, who continued to be the favorite target of gunslinging Brett Favre. Shiancoe's owners should monitor the transaction wire for the next few weeks to make sure the panic-striken Vikings don't swing a deal for San Diego's Vincent Jackson, who could take that title away from the veteran tight end.
