Johnson was arrested on a misdemeanor driving under the influence charge in Missoula, where he played college football for the University of Montana.|||||||
Missoula County jail records indicate Johnson was booked into jail at 3:05 a.m. Friday and released about an hour later after posting a $700 bond. He was scheduled to make an initial appearance in Municipal Court sometime Friday. Police Detective Travis Welsh tells KECI-TV that Johnson was pulled over shortly after 2 a.m. for driving without his headlights. He refused a breath test.
Johnson was flipped on his head just as he was about to haul in an onside kick in the first quarter, and left the field for tests.|||||||
The team said Johnson had a hip injury and his return was questionable.
