The 27-year-old White spent the last two-plus seasons with Green Bay, which released him earlier this month. The six-year veteran has 68 career special teams tackles in 69 games, including two in the 2007 postseason. He recovered a fumbled punt in the end zone for a TD against the Eagles on Sept. 9, 2007.
White has been placed on injured reserve by the Jacksonville Jaguars, ending his 2005 campaign. The third-year linebacker, who is nursing an ankle problem, saw the majority of his playing time on special teams this season. He finishes the year with four tackles in 15 games.|||||||
