Porter was banged up in a collision with Josh Gordon after the Browns receiver caught a pass for a short gain. Porter's mouthpiece appeared to go flying through the air after the hit and he stayed down for a brief moment, before walking toward the bench. He talked to the trainers and then headed into the locker room.
Porter missed practice Friday and was still waiting to hear if doctors would clear him to play Sunday against his former team, the New Orleans Saints, after he experienced symptoms similar to those he felt before having a seizure earlier this year.|||||||
In the locker room Friday, Porter said he visited doctors Thursday and they told him "everything looked normal," but they want to make sure he's 100 percent healthy before allowing him to play.
