Herremans suffered a dislocated bone and ligament damage in his right foot in Monday's loss to New Orleans. He should be ready for training camp, but the injury is the latest blow to a depleted offensive line. Herremans will wear a boot for at least eight weeks.Philadelphia's makeshift line is now without Herremans, left tackle Jason Peters, center Jason Kelce and right guard Danny Watkins.

Herremans, 29, started all 16 games in 2011 at tackle, after primarily playing guard during his first six seasons in Philadelphia. A fourth-round selection in 2005 out of Saginaw Valley State, Herremans is the second longest-tenured member of the Philadelphia offense, having played in 95 games.
Despite undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his left knee on Oct. 2, Herremans said Friday that he would be ready to play Sunday against the Jets, according to the Philadelphia Daily News.|||||||

Herremans signed a five-year contract extension with Philadelphia on Saturday, staying with the Eagles through the 2013 season. The 24-year-old Herremans transitioned to left guard this season after starting four games at left tackle as a rookie in 2005.
