Yates helped the Texans to a 31-10 victory over the bungling Cincinnati Bengals on Saturday in an AFC wild-card game.||||||| Yates was 11 of 20 for 159 yards and one score. He became the answer to a trivia question as the Texans' first-ever postseason QB.

Yates threw for 300 yards and two TDs - including the game-winning score with two seconds remaining - during Sunday's 20-19 win at Cincinnati.||||||| While fantasy owners surely weren't expecting much from Yates, the fifth-round pick out of North Carolina delivered in a big way - helping the Texans clinch their best playoff berth in franchise history. Yates seems to have developed a good rapport with tight end Owen Daniels, finding him seven times for 100 yards. Yates could be in for another big day in Week 15 against a Carolina defense struggling against the pass.
