Hauschka suffered a calf strain in Sunday's victory and was placed on injured reserve Wednesday. Veteran Ryan Longwell was signed to replace him.||||||| Coach Pete Carroll said Monday that Hauschka was feeling better but his availability for the rest of the playoffs was unclear.

On Thursday night, Hauschka kicked a 52-yard field goal as Seattle scored first for the seventh time in as many games this year. He added a 35-yarder early in the second quarter but missed wide left on a 51-yard try later in the quarter.||||||| Hauschka provided the only offense for the Seahawks in their 13-6 loss to San Francisco, but is not a fantasy must have.

Hauschka hit field goals of 23, 42 and 48 yards Monday in a 30-13 win over the hapless Rams.||||||| Hauschka has made 21 of 25 field goals and all 25 extra points.

The Denver Broncos have signed free-agent kicker Steven Hauschka (HOWSH-kuh).||||||| The Detroit Lions released Hauschka in September. The third-year player also has spent time with Minnesota, Baltimore and Atlanta.
