The Kansas City Chiefs have released Breaston and tight end Kevin Boss as part of their roster overhaul under new coach Andy Reid and general manager John Dorsey.||||||| Breaston was lured to Kansas City in 2011 by former coach Todd Haley and general manager Scott Pioli, and signed a $22.5 million, five-year deal. Breaston signed with Kansas City on Friday.||||||| The Chiefs' biggest free agent acquisition to date is Breaston, who had his best years when Chiefs coach Todd Haley was his offensive coordinator at Arizona. In 60 regular-season games with the Cardinals he had 187 receptions for 2,528 yards with seven touchdowns. He also had 113 punt returns for 885 yards and one TD.
