Rice is active for Sunday night against the 49ers.||||||| Rice has been dealing with a bruised foot.

Rice caught six passes for 99 yards and the game-winning TD on Sunday against Chicago.||||||| Rice hauled in the winning pass from Wilson and took a shoulder-to-helmet hit from Major Wright that jarred the ball loose and appeared to knock the receiver unconscious as he lunged into the end zone. Rice stayed down for several minutes but eventually walked off the field. He insisted afterward he was alert the whole time.

Rice had just two receptions, but both went for touchdowns Sunday in a 28-7 win over the New York Jets.||||||| After a slow start, Rice now has four TDs in his last three games. He should continue to put up solid numbers the rest of the way.

Rice will make his preseason debut for the Seattle Seahawks on Friday night against Kansas City.||||||| Coach Pete Carroll said Wednesday that Rice is ahead of schedule in his recovery from offseason surgery on both shoulders and will get a little bit of playing time against the Chiefs. Rice has not played in a game since Week 12 of last season when he suffered a concussion and was placed on injured reserve.
