The Tennessee Titans have agreed to a deal with running back Shonn Greene. The Titans made the announcement Wednesday but did not release terms of the deal. The Tennessean and other outlets say it's for three-years, $10 million.|||||||
Greene, who spent his first four seasons with the New York Jets, has rushed for 3,423 yards and 18 touchdowns on 822 carries. The 5-foot-11, 226-pound Green also has 65 catches for 482 yards, and he scored eight touchdowns in 2012. He is coming off the best year of his career with 276 rushes for 1,063 yards and eight touchdowns rushing.
Greene ran 14 times for 38 yards and two touchdowns and caught two passes for 42 on Sunday in a 27-17 loss to San Diego.|||||||

The story quoted Greene as saying: "You feel bad for Mark, but at the same time you want to win games. ... If you want to win games, you've got to try something." Greene says he texted Sanchez when he heard about the story, and the two are fine.
