Graham kicked four field goals in Saturday's playoff win over Cincinnati|||||||
Graham's longest was 48 yards.
The Houston Texans have signed Graham. The 34-year-old Graham has played for a dozen NFL teams in his career. He played for Cincinnati from 2003-09 and was named to the Pro Bowl in 2005 when he made 28 of 32 field-goal attempts.|||||||
Graham played for the New York Giants and then the New England Patriots in 2010, participated in training camps in Washington and Dallas last year before spending two weeks with the Dolphins last November. He finished last season in Baltimore. Graham will compete against Houston rookie Randy Bullock, a fifth-round draft pick.
The Baltimore Ravens have cut placekicker Shayne Graham.|||||||
Graham became expendable once regular kicker Billy Cundiff returned from a left calf injury and kicked a 42-yard field goal Sunday during a 24-16 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. Graham has made 18 of 19 field goals as an injury replacement over the past two seasons.
The Baltimore Ravens have signed Graham, who could replace injured Billy Cundiff in Saturday's game against Cleveland.|||||||
Cundiff has a sore left calf and has struggled this month. He missed a 36-yard field goal Sunday night's against San Diego and is 2 for 5 in December. That prompted the Ravens to sign Graham on Wednesday and add him to the 53-man roster. Baltimore placed linebacker Chavis Williams (foot) on injured reserve to make room for Graham, an 11-year veteran who has played for six teams, most recently the Miami Dolphins earlier this season.
Shayne Graham is active for the Miami Dolphins' game Sunday against the Buffalo Bills.|||||||
Graham, who signed Saturday, filled in for Dan Carpenter, who is inactive with a right groin injury.
