The Cleveland Browns have signed free agent kicker Shaun Suisham. With veteran Phil Dawson skipping the team's voluntary workouts in an apparent contract dispute, the Browns signed Suisham, who spent last season with Dallas and Washington. Suisham made 20 of 24 field goals last season.|||||||
