Hill has taken snaps with the first-string offense, making it appear he will start against the Miami Dolphins.||||||| Hill practiced Wednesday with his injured right finger taped after missing three straight games. Drew Stanton hurt his left shoulder Sunday at Tampa Bay as he led Detroit to a second straight win. Matthew Stafford wasn't on the field during the early parts of practice open to the media. He will likely miss his seventh straight game since aggravating his separated right shoulder. The team hasn't put Stafford on injured reserve, hoping he might be able to return.

Hill threw for 227 yards and matched a career-high with three touchdown passes in Sunday's 44-6 win over St. Louis.||||||| Hill led the Lions to their first victory of the season, and has filled in admirably for Matthew Stafford as he continues to put up big time fantasy numbers every Sunday.

Hill threw for 331 yards and two touchdowns to Calvin Johnson for the Lions in a 28-26 loss at Green Bay on Sunday.||||||| Matthew Stafford's backup nearly led the Lions to a major upset. It's unclear how long Stafford will remain out, but Detroit has not been afraid to let Hill throw the ball and he could be an option next week against St. Louis for fantasy owners in need of a fill-in.
