The Kansas City Chiefs' search for a ground game led them to sign running back Shaun Draughn to their practice squad Wednesday.|||||||
The Chiefs led the league in rushing last season, but they've struggled since losing All-Pro running back Jamaal Charles to a season-ending ACL tear in Week 2. Thomas Jones, Jackie Battle and Dexter McCluster along with fullback Le'Ron McClain have shared carries since then. Now, Draughn will get a look on the practice squad to see if he can help. He ran for 2,070 yards and 10 touchdowns during his college career at North Carolina.
