Moss has four touchdown catches on the season. No one else on the coach Mike Shanahan's roster has more than one.|||||||
That's noteworthy given that Moss is being used mostly a slot receiver and isn't on the field that much. He played a season-low 17 snaps in the 27-23 loss to the Giants, and his three receptions for 67 yards in that game put him at 19 for 290 for the season. With Pierre Garcon still hurt and Fred Davis out for the season, Moss could become Robert Griffin's top target.
Moss caught three passes for 67 yards, including both of Robert Griffin III's touchdowns, in Washington's 27-23 loss to New York on Sunday.|||||||
Sunday marked the eighth game of Moss' career in which he scored at least two touchdowns, and his first since Dec. 19, 2010. Moss could soon be the beneficiary of even more Griffin targets, as Fred Davis will miss the remainder of the season after tearing his Achilles tendon on Sunday.
Moss was on the receiving end of a 77-yard touchdown pass Sunday.|||||||
Though Moss came through with a big play, he caught one other pass for three yards and is still no more than a low-end No. 2 fantasy receiver at best.
Moss will miss 5-7 weeks after undergoing surgery on his fracture left hand Monday.|||||||
Moss had two catches for 17 yards in the opening quarter. He leads all Washington receivers with 25 catches for 301 yards and two touchdowns.
Moss hauled in five passes for 39 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 17-10 win at St. Louis.|||||||
