Okung went through some running drills about two hours before Sunday's game, but walked off the field looking down and was later announced as being out. Frank Omiyale will start at left tackle for the Seahawks with the primary task of keeping DeMarcus Ware off the back of Seattle rookie QB Russell Wilson.
