The Chargers have agreed to a one-year contract with Parrish.||||||| Parrish, who joined the Chargers on Tuesday, spent his first seven seasons with the Buffalo Bills, averaging 12 yards on 135 returns, with three touchdowns. Parrish's average since 2005 ranks second in the NFL behind Chicago's Devin Hester (12.9). He had 134 catches for 1,502 yards and seven touchdowns in his Bills career.

Parrish's season is over after the Buffalo Bills placed the receiver on injured reserve Tuesday, two days after he hurt his left ankle.||||||| The move further depletes the Bills depth at receiver, coming a week after Marcus Easley was placed on I.R. due to an illness. To replace Parrish, Buffalo promoted Naaman Roosevelt off its practice squad as it prepares to host AFC East rival New England on Sunday. Parrish was hurt in the second quarter of last week's win over Oakland. He stumbled awkwardly after making a 16-yard catch, and remained in the game for the next play before collapsing on the sideline

Parrish was carted off from the sideline after hurting his left leg in the second quarter against the Oakland Raiders.||||||| Parrish was hurt while blocking on teammate Stevie Johnson's 19-yard catch. He lay on the Bills sideline for several minutes, where he was treated by team trainers, before being carted to the locker room. The Bills had no immediate update on the status of the seven-year veteran, who missed the second half of last season with a broken wrist.

Parrish left practice Wednesday night after an apparent leg injury and was ruled out of the team's first preseason game this Saturday in Chicago.||||||| Parrish was running a fly pattern during a full-field drill when he came up limping and grabbing his left leg.
