A man says Arizona Cardinals defensive end Ronald Talley seriously injured him by smashing a champagne bottle over his head at a suburban Detroit bar. A lawsuit filed Wednesday in Oakland County Circuit Court names Talley, five unknown bouncers and the now-closed South Bar. The lawsuit says Robert Ford was attacked for no reason at the Birmingham bar on March 26.||||||| Attorney Jonathan Marko says bouncers dragged the 30-year-old Ford to an alley and left him there until he was rescued by authorities and taken to a hospital. Marko says Ford needed 13 staples to close his head wound. He says a doctor had to "fish to get glass out of his head."

The Arizona Cardinals have elevated defensive end Ronald Talley from the practice squad to take the roster spot vacated by injured nose tackle Dan Williams.||||||| Talley was inactive for five games earlier this season after being moved up from the practice squad on Sept. 20. He has spent the other five weeks on the practice squad.
