The San Diego Chargers have agreed to a one-year contract with offensive lineman Rex Hadnot.|||||||
Hadnot spent the past two seasons with Arizona, starting all 16 games at right guard last season. He's also played for Miami and Cleveland. He's started 93 of 113 career games, including at right guard, center, left guard and tackle.
Hadnot was carted off the practice field Thursday after suffering a possible serious injury to his left knee.|||||||
Hadnot, who started 15 games for the Browns last season, got hurt while pass blocking during team drills. The Browns had no immediate word on his condition. Hadnot, who played four seasons in Miami before signing as a free agent with Cleveland last year, was competing with veteran Eric Steinbach for the starting left guard job.
