Dolphins NT Paul Soliai signed his franchise tender Saturday, a one-year deal worth around $12.5 million. According to his agent, David Canter, Soliai will receive the highest-ever one-year salary for a Dolphins defensive player.

Wheeler has signed a $26 million, five-year contract with the Miami Dolphins.
