Cowboys sign first-round CB Claiborne
The Cowboys signed No. 6 overall pick CB Morris Claiborne to a four-year, $16.26 million contract, NFL Network reported.

Claiborne, who missed offseason workouts while recovering from wrist surgery, could now miss a week or more with a sprained MCL in his left knee.|||||||
After getting hurt toward the end of practice Wednesday, Claiborne got treatment on his knee the following day, an off day for the team. He tried to practice Friday, but came off the field and later had an MRI that revealed the sprain.

The Dallas Cowboys have signed first-round draft pick Morris Claiborne to a four-year contract. Claiborne signed the deal Monday, and the cornerback will be able to practice when rookies and selected veterans have three days of workouts at Valley Ranch starting Wednesday.
