Goodson signed with the Jets.||||||| Goodson, a former fourth-round pick by the Carolina Panthers, has played in 40 games, rushing for 722 yards and three touchdowns on 160 carries. He also has 59 receptions for 524 yards and a score.

Goodson and San Diego linebacker Takeo Spikes have been ejected after a skirmish in the second quarter of Sunday's game.||||||| Goodson was blocking Spikes when the two locked up. It continued after the play ended.

Running backs Darren McFadden and Goodson are returning to the field for the Oakland Raiders after missing the previous four games with sprained right ankles.||||||| Both McFadden and Goodson are active for Thursday night's game against Denver for the first since getting hurt Nov. 4 against Tampa Bay.

The Oakland Raiders will be without their top two running backs for Sunday's game in Baltimore after Darren McFadden and Goodson missed a third consecutive day of practice.||||||| Both players suffered high ankle sprains in last week's loss to Tampa Bay and have been wearing walking boots since then.

With top two running backs Darren McFadden and Goodson slowed this week by sprained right ankles, the Raiders may need to rely on their passing game when they visit the Baltimore Ravens.||||||| Palmer threw the ball 61 times last week against Tampa Bay as the Raiders (3-5) were forced to play catch-up in the second half after losing McFadden and Goodson to the injuries. Neither back practiced Wednesday and their status remains in doubt for Sunday's game against the Ravens (2-6).
