San Francisco's district attorney won't file criminal charges against Crabtree after reviewing evidence of an alleged sexual assault in a hotel after the team's playoff victory over the Green Bay Packers.||||||| After examining a "thorough investigation" submitted by police, District Attorney George Gascon said Friday his office determined that no charges would be filed "at this time." Crabtree's attorney, Joshua Bentley, didn't immediately return a call seeking comment, and the team has referred all questions about the matter to him.

Crabtree has voluntarily met with police in their investigation into an alleged sexual assault in a hotel after the team's playoff victory over the Green Bay Packers last weekend, his attorney said Saturday.||||||| The statement comes after police said they were investigating a sexual assault allegation involving Crabtree in a San Francisco hotel early Sunday. Crabtree hasn't been detained or arrested, and has agreed to be available for more questions in the future, police said. The 49ers said Crabtree made the trip to Atlanta. The team referred all other questions about the matter to Crabtree's attorney.

Crabtree caught touchdown passes of 49 and 7 yards and finished with a career-high 172 yards on eight receptions, leading the 49ers to another rout of Arizona after a slow start.||||||| Crabtree's outstanding outing was the best by a 49ers receiver since Terrell Owens' 166-yard performance on Nov. 25, 2002, against Philadelphia.

Crabtree had 107 yards and two touchdowns, including the go-ahead score with 6:25 to go, as the San Francisco 49ers earned a playoff berth by withstanding a 28-point comeback from New England and beating the Patriots 41-34 on Sunday night.||||||| Crabtree has 301 of his 868 yards over the last three games. The fourth-year receiver is seven yards shy of topping his career-high total from 2011, and has a personal-best 73 receptions and seven TDs.
