Hall partially dislocated his left shoulder in practice on Monday.||||||| Coach Ken Whisenhunt said Hall's injury, a subluxation or partial dislocation, is the same as the one that sidelined him late last season. Hall has been waived.

The Arizona Cardinals have placed Hall on injured reserve and signed former Washington Redskins third-stringer Richard Bartel (Bar-TELL).||||||| Hall, an undrafted rookie out of BYU who started twice earlier this season, dislocated his left shoulder after relieving starter Derek Anderson in Sunday's 19-6 loss to St. Louis. It's another blow to the defending NFC West champions' hopes of winning another division title.

Three days after what he said was the first concussion of his football career, Hall practiced on Wednesday and said he was anxious to prove he is a far better quarterback than he showed on a dismal wet afternoon in Seattle.||||||| Hall said he's "good to roll" for Sunday's home game against Tampa Bay, but coach Ken Whisenhunt was more cautious, saying he would have to see how the rookie does through the week before being more definitive. Meanwhile, Whisenhunt said backup Derek Anderson would get some extra reps with the first unit in case Hall can't go against the Buccaneers.
